How do I become a vendor on NaijaDrip?
Vendors can apply by contacting our team. You’ll need to provide valid KYC documents (government-issued ID, CAC certificate if available, and bank account details). Once reviewed and approved, your products will be listed on the marketplace.

What items are not allowed on NaijaDrip?
We strictly prohibit illegal goods, counterfeit items, weapons, drugs, adult content, and fraudulent listings. Vendors who violate these rules will be suspended.

How do refunds work?
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. Refunds are processed via Paystack within 5–10 business days after vendor review and NaijaDrip mediation.

Who ships my order?
Vendors ship products directly to customers. Vendors must provide tracking information, and delivery timelines vary depending on location.

How are disputes handled?
If there’s a problem with your order, you can report it to NaijaDrip support. We will temporarily hold funds, investigate the issue, and provide a resolution within 14 days. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or legal channels.

How does NaijaDrip make money?
NaijaDrip charges a commission on each sale. This commission is added to the product price displayed to customers. Vendors receive payouts net of NaijaDrip’s commission.

How is my personal information protected?
We collect only the information necessary to process orders and verify vendors. Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
